Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate may have been working in a customer service or operations team or a team administration role
Able to develop professional level powerpoint presentations
Experienced Excel and Word skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities
Strong team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities

Job Description Sales representatives sell apparel (blouses, dresses, pants, skirts, blazers) to customers and work with customers to find what they want.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direct customer services by informing them of products and services
Ensure that customers are directed to the appropriate aisle
Meet individual and company sales targets
Promote new products to walk-in customers and record orders
Verify the validity of paper money and credit cards
Tally cash with receipts at the end of the shift
Maintain stocks and inventory
Stock shelves with appropriate products and ensure correct price tagging
Minimum Qualifications
5'2 in height
Female, 18 to 25 years old
With pleasing personality and good communication skills
